Providing choice boards to your students helps chunk the work so it is not so overwhelming to them. It is a way for them to be responsible for completing the assignments. This choice board will help your students reflect and practice kindness.

Random Acts of Kindness: Perform a random act of kindness for a classmate or teacher. Write about what you did and how it impacted them.

Kindness Around the World: Learn about a cultural tradition that involves kindness or helping others. Write about what you learned and how you could incorporate a similar idea in your community.

Kindness Jar: Create Kindness Jar where classmates can write down kind things they see others do. Read the notes aloud and discuss how kindness affects the class.

Helping Hands: Draw a picture of your hand and write five ways you can use your hands to show kindness (like giving high fives, helping carry books, etc.).
